Venus

I am Venus Cheung,

What I gain through stretching exercises is not a slender and slender figure, but allows me to reflect and face myself positively and find a suitable lifestyle.  Focus on practicing breathing and stretching, learn to reflect on yourself, let yourself let go of your attachment to people, things, and things in your life, learn to slow down your life, and find the most comfortable rhythm for yourself in the bustling and lively urban
life.  Learn how to express your love, how to love your body, and love your friends and family around you.  And, learn how to appreciate yourself, your weaknesses and strengths, learn how to enjoy alone time, and most importantly, learn to accept yourself as you are.

Help me relieve the tension of my body and mind, expand my perception with singing bowl sound therapy, reserve breathing space for myself at the right time, treat myself tenderly, connect memories through breath, return to the natural state of the body, and balance the body and mind.  It is hoped that teaching everyone through stretching can help self-awareness and self-healing, overcome confusion, live faithfully to oneself and maintain health.

我是Venus Cheung,
